Damian has developed his own model, Deep Soul Guiding©, which draws upon a variety of approaches including Psychosynthesis Psychology, different models of coaching, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal neuroscience, somatic- based approaches and breathwork.
For the last 3 years, Healing Project has worked closely with Damian Grainer (MA), a trained and experienced coach, psychotherapeutic counsellor and trainer who has maintained a private practice for over 17 years as well as holding senior positions in health and social care.

Usually, work takes place in six-session blocks working to realize a specific focus goal. However, with trauma, addiction and longer-term mental health issues the approach may take longer (3 – 18 months).
Sessions can take place both in person or online.
Damian also provides SAAMA healing developed by Veturian Arana. SAAMA® belongs to the new generation of Quantum Therapies that are revolutionizing the world of healing and coaching.
SAAMA works with physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, psychic, and psychological bodies. By applying the principle of intention and working with the principle that everything is energy this approach is able to produce profound changes and healing.

About the course
DSG is professional training that prepares you not only to pursue a career as a Psycho-spiritual Coach but also as a Guide.
Online Workshops :
- 9 sessions (1 day each).
- 8 meditation and breathing sessions online
- 8 x 2.5-hour online study group
- 4-day residential retreat
- 6 Individual coaching and mentoring sessions
- 120 hours of online reading and self-study
- 42 hours of applied work: individual coaching, which may include group work and/or applied project.
- All students who work as Counselors / Coaching must also attend
supervision at the rate of 1 supervision for 6 hours of the training
It will develop in the participant the ability to establish a supportive relationship with others. Allowing to identify, plan and achieve goals and directions in life, whether to establish new patterns of behaviour, improve well-being, navigate the life transition or to manage recovery or improve work performance.
The DSG is intended for those who wish to add Deep Soul Guiding principles and techniques to their work, such as psychologists, holistic professionals, coaches, health and social care professionals, teachers, activists community, managers and leaders.

I am a father, traveller, businessman and guide who has had success and failure. I have always been curious about the human condition, the nature of suffering and well-being, our beliefs, behaviours and motivations. That is why I have dedicated the past 20 years to help those who feel trapped or overwhelmed to take the next steps in their professional and personal lives through training, counselling and group work.
He has an initial degree in Business Administration (1990), Damian also holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology of Psychosynthesis (Middlesex University), Diploma in Therapeutic Counseling (Institute of Psychosynthesis), Certificate in 5DL Leadership Coaching and Diplomas in Life and Performance Coaching (New Castle) College). Damian is also trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training – an attention-based behavioural approach), facilitator of SAMMA – Integrative Quantum Therapy by the Veturian Arana method and Chikung Monitor through Universal Healing TAO.

The course complies with the accreditation requirements of the Association of Coaching (although the practitioner needs to enrol individually).
The course is also certified by the Healing Project and Damian Grainer Consultancy.
